The Integrative Craniosacral Unwinding Program teaches treatment for the cerbrospinal fluid, autonomic nervous sytem, and connective tissue system. The program includes classical, contemporary and esoteric craniosacral techniques. Students learn how to create a relationship that is non-invasive and client centered, holding space for the client's innate healing process.
Polarity Therapy
At its heart, it is a set of principles about the balance and flow of life energy, which Dr. Stone believed to be the underlying essence of all healing arts.
FIVE ELEMENTS
Polarity Therapy is based on the premise that we are fields of pulsating light energy made up of specific vibrational frequencies known as the 5 elements:
>> ether, air, fire, water, & earth.
As energy moves farther from the source into the dense physical plane of matter, it takes on different characteristics and qualities.
3 GUNAS
There are 3 principles of energy flow:
Satvas (o), Rajas (+), Tamas (‑)

Satva is neutral, soft, balancing, relaxing, and non-reactive.

Rajas is directive and stimulating

Tamas is heavier, dispersing, and more strongly reactive
The neutral, positive, negative energy flows and charges can be found expressed in the body and energy field repeatedly. The pulsations of the Three Principles are the fields which allow the relationship of the Five Elements to be expressed in form. By using this Triad Principle, as well as the Five Elements, we can meet the client where they are at, by adjusting our touch and customizing the treatment to support their issue.

* Sessions must be reviewed by an RPP Practitioner from our Mentorship Program. These 30 case studies are applicable towards the RPP case study requirements.
POLARITY DESIGNATIONS
After completion of the RPP program, in addition to the RPP Certification from IPSB, students may alsoapply to the American Polarity Therapy Association (APTA) to receive the following designations:
