CERTIFICATES

IPSB @ San Diego Transcript Requests:

For students seeking certification, once you have completed your Massage, Craniosacral, or Polarity Program, you will need to request your official transcript from student services. Allow 2-4 weeks turn-around time for processing (and possibly longer for classes completed with IPSB prior to June 1st, 2016).

$25  Transcripts & Certificates 

For classes completed after July 1, 2016

$75   Transcripts only
For classes completed prior to July 1, 2016 ​

$10   Additional copies

If you have changed your name since attending school, and wish your documents to reflect this change, please provid official documentation (e.g. copy of driver's license or other document(s) with your request)
