My Story
Marcia Lopez is the daughter of immigrant parents from Guatemala, born and raised in Tovaangar, known as Los Angeles, the unceded territory of the Tongva people.
She has a multi-disciplinary spiritual and healing practice, is an Altamesayoc of the Quechua lineage, as well as a curandera, and a student of Mayan healing traditions. Marcia is the founder of Women's True Healing, a practice dedicated to holistic female reproductive wellness.
In her work, as a practitioner and instructor, she incorporates her initiations and trainings as a massage therapist, bodyworker, trauma informed yoga instructor, birth worker, postpartum care practitioner, herbalist, meditation teacher, and more.
She uses traditional practices with modern research, always believing that love and community will bring the greatest healing.
